The hotel is very centrally located and just a few meters from a parking garage. Several restaurants, pubs, and various shops are also in the immediate vicinity. Service: The staff at check-in were very friendly and helpful. Regarding the lobby: During the day, many guests—especially younger ones—were present, some of whom were making themselves quite comfortable, for example, stretching out lengthwise on the sofas. The lobby gave the impression of an open-plan office where people were busy working on their laptops. Regarding the room: The room on the first floor was small but served its purpose and was clean. Cons: The shower gel was empty and was not refilled; the same was true for the tissue dispenser. Cons: The room faced the street (opposite a fire station). Therefore, I found the noise level at night to be rather high. Breakfast: Standard selection with limited alternatives. Great stay at Moxy Lausanne! The hotel has a stylish, modern vibe, very clean and comfortable rooms, and a fun, welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making everything smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended for a relaxed and pleasant visit!

They cancelled my prepaid room less than a week before my trip to a busy conference. Worst service ever, they take zero responsibility for it, they don't offer you solutions nor options and just point fingers at a booking platform.
