Update following the response to the first review: Contrary to what was reported, breakfast was not offered, as per the policy upon my arrival, nor was there any consideration shown by the staff, since no calls were made or requests made upon departure. And the earplugs provided for a hotel are laughable considering the room price... The automated response probably didn't reflect what happened 🤦 Avoid this place at all costs. The value for money is disastrous. The hotel is located above a bar that's as noisy as a nightclub; in fact, we couldn't hear the receptionist (who was located in the bar itself). The doors to the upper floors were left open, so we were thoroughly exposed to the bar's noise. There was absolutely no consideration for my Accor status. Upon arrival, I inquired about the music and the location of my room. I was politely told it would stop at 10:30 PM and my room would be quiet... It's almost midnight, and you can imagine the music is still playing, and my room, located on the first floor, allows me to fully appreciate it... I also won't mention the room's dilapidated state and the unpleasant smells coming from the drains. At nearly €200 a night, one would expect much better. One of my worst experiences with an Accor hotel.

My stay was very comfortable. The staff were professional and helpful. There was a lovely atmosphere.

The welcome was everything you could dream of, the staff were dedicated and attentive, and the manager was wonderful. For anyone visiting Lausanne, this is the place to be, especially if you're looking for a drink in good company.
