What reviewers say

Some visitors found it a good place for students, though recent price increases have deterred them. However, many reviewers complain about the venue's poor condition, including dirty toilets and an unpleasant smell, alongside issues with rude and unprofessional staff and bouncers who have been described as abusive and overzealous in removing patrons.

staff at the entrance wasn’t respectful, they wouldn’t accept my BRP card and told me to get a passport and didn’t tell me there’s a time limit to entrance even though I asked them, can I come back after getting the passport and they said yes they will let me in - but after I came in the manager said I couldn’t be let in because it’s past the entry time but all my friends already paid and went in - tried to talk about it to the person that claimed that he’s the manager and the entrance (whom I talked to earlier said that I could entry) he doesn’t seem to be apologetic and say that he wasn’t at fault for it and say that I should understand his job is very busy even though all my request is for him to be more mindful in the future with this kind of scenario, but he refused to admit that a better job could be done and I genuinely doubt that they would do anything differently in the future. It’s OK that I was not letting, but it was not okay that they don’t think they are at fault at all - if you promised to let me in after I’ve asked you to get my passport then you should have let me in- it is your duty too told me beforehand that you couldn’t after a certain period of time rather me rushing all the way back to get the passport and then telling me that I couldn’t be let in It is also not okay to be unapologetic and threatened me that “ if I want to go to the club ever again I shouldn’t make a scene.” - this is a club not a gangster 😂

Was served by Freya who made the whole experience feel warm, welcoming and safe. Gave anti-spiking lids for our drinks and seemed like she genuinely cared for the wellbeing of her customers

Freya made Vaults a brilliant experience!! She's a 10/10 bartender & the first (and only) to offer us anti-spiking products. Super friendly & makes Vaults feel like a safe environment. We love her!! ❤️❤️
