Hôtel The Talbott

I checked into my room Thursday afternoon and was in the bathroom in my room when a maintenance person walked into my room. He had a work order (not from me) to work on the room but somehow never got notice that someone had already checked into the room. Seems like any hotel could and should have better communications/coordination to prevent this from happening, especially a hotel of this status.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The room was nice and spacious and very comfortable in regards to bed, lighting, and the bathroom set up. bluetooth speaker, and outlets helped alot! Great location also!

The hotel is very well priced for its location and the restaurant is great. Michael provided the best service we’ve received at a hotel. He created a very welcoming environment from the moment we entered the hotel, and was very happy to help with any of our questions and requests. We will be coming back to talbott next time we are in Chicago because of him.

This was my first time staying at the Talbott Marriott in Chicago, and I must say my experience was more than satisfying. I was greeted by a wonderful host named Gerardo who was kind, courteous, and made sure I knew where all the amenities were. He also shared that the hotel has recently been renovated. When I made it to my room, it was spotless and the view was nothing short of amazing. Thank you, Chicago. Thank you to the Talbott. But most of all, thank you to Gerardo for making my stay such an excellent experience. I will definitely be back.

Very lovely hotel, stayed here for business and loved my stay. The hotel is very nicely decorated in a good area! The room was very spacious, the bed and amenities were comfortable and had great views. Definitely enjoyed lodging here. Only downside was that elevators were slow to come at times but not a deal breaker!

Great classic hotel with an outstanding location.

Terrible customer service. They charged me for valet even though I never had valet. They messed up my bill and were impossible to reach. I am still owed a refund.

Didn't know what to expect when booking but I was pleasantly surprised. Its a very nice hotel with a restraunt/bar. Our room was immaculate and cozy
