Overall I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The front desk staff were absolutely amazing !! Thank you to Jennifer and Maricel for an easy check-in and the treat to our room!! Thank you Sukh for the great sense of humour !!! Lots of treats for guests in the lobby, the cold punch and water was very welcoming ❤️ Thank you Brian for quickly coming to the aid when we couldn't figure out the tv.. lol.. Next morning check out was also easy and smiles from Noelle and Zoey started my day in a great way !! It was a great experience and place to rest up. I wish there was a table lamp with a charger outlet beside the beds and the curtain set up doesn't give 100% privacy / blackout by the door.. Parking lot was tight and a bit tricky to navigate in certain areas. Its on the edge of town and a bit of a walk, or drive, to restaurants and shops and I knew this when I booked. None of this would stop me from booking here again... Thank you again Jennifer for adding to the memories I now have of Jasper !!!

What really set this hotel apart was the staff. Throughout our month-long motorcycle journey, we stayed in many places, but nowhere else matched the friendliness and professionalism we experienced here. Every staff member greeted us with a smile and went out of their way to be helpful.

A nice and cozy hotel, fully equipped with a kitchen. The room is spacious, a bit outdated, but overall very pleasant.
