Town Inn Suites Toronto

We were upgraded from a Queen suite that was not renovated to a renovated King suite. The Queen suite was outdated - I definitely recommend asking for a renovated suite. The King suite is perfect, super clean, comfortable bed, lots of space, nice kitchen. The staff is very friendly too. Having some basic amenities like salt, pepper, olive oil & balsamic vinegar and paper towels for the kitchen and a few more spoons, forks and knives would make the place A+. They are doing renovation work but we cannot hear anything on our floor. It’s located in a nice area - some people complained about the area in the reviews: the area is actually very nice. Just be aware that it is next to an area with homeless people which might feel less safe at night. It is just one part of a street (a few blocks on Church street) that is bad and can easily be avoided. So really nothing to worry about!

We had a very good stay at Town Inn Suites. The location is convenient, around 7–8 minutes from the metro station, with many restaurants and useful places nearby. The rooms feel more like small apartments rather than standard hotel rooms, with a living area, separate bedroom, and some even featuring a small kitchen. The hotel also has underground parking, which is convenient if traveling by car. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially when they quickly helped us change our room from a double to a twin configuration. The hotel itself is clean, the WiFi worked well, and although it is not the most modern hotel, the comfort and amenities compensate for it. Overall, a very pleasant stay that we would definitely recommend.

Very well located in the city center and within walking distance of several tourist attractions. The room was clean and very functional with a really handy kitchenette. However, the surroundings were extremely noisy, and several major renovations were underway at the hotel. The pool was not available at the moment, and the balcony was unavailable due to repairs.

The experience at this hotel was terrible. They're doing renovations and making noise from morning till night. We complained and they did nothing. It was truly disrespectful what happened at this hotel. It's a shame I have to give it one star because if it were up to me, it would be less. Please, I do not recommend it.

This hotel is terrible. They have no respect for the rules. They're under construction and make noise all day long, from early morning until after 6 pm. When you complain, they just laugh and don't fix anything. My stay here has been torture. I don't recommend it.

To be honest the reviews make it out terrible but they couldn’t be more wrong. Loads of reviews say room service is terrible. Room service was top quality and came a lot more than once per stay. Left all our clothes where they were but still made the beds under them. Genuinely a top quality hotel in a good location for Toronto. Good spacious modern room with all the mod cons. All of the bad reviews genuinely couldn’t be more wrong. Would highly recommend and will 100% stay here again if I return to Toronto. Any bad point of the room aren’t even worth mentioning because the pros very very much outweighed the very little cons I personally had. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

Great location cause really central to everything but very loud with honking and people yelling at night and morning. The shower head was a bit dirty but overall good stay
