We got the last room which was a cozy little room with two twin beds. We had never stayed in a B&B before. There were several others staying so we got to have breakfast with people from several places. Really liked the charm of this 1906 house. The furnishings were very historical for this place.

Dan & I first met Linda when she picked us up for our wedding from our cruise ship port. Our wedding was at Skaters Cabin, Mendenhall Glacier. From start to finish our wedding exceeded our expectations! Stunning scenery, beautiful ceremony. Thank you Linda for making our special day memorable 💕

The owner Linda welcomed my now-wife and I into her beautiful home to have our wedding ceremony. It was very impromptu, as we were working with a short time frame while we were on a cruise. Her and the keeper of the house, Elizabeth, helped our photographers to give us an outstanding experience. They're incredibly generous, genuine, kind people, the sort that are hard to find in the world, and the building itself really is one-of-a-kind. It's probably one of the coziest bed and breakfasts I've ever seen, immaculately decorated to instantly make you feel at home. Any time that we come to Juneau again, I can't imagine that there's anywhere else we'd rather stay.

A great experience at the Inn. Elizabeth and Bing were the perfect hosts. Elizabeth explained the fascinating history of the building house, and helped orient us in the city. Bing cooked elegant breakfasts - certainly not your ordinary B&B fare. The room was quiet and comfortable, with a very good bed. The location can't be beat, being away from the cruise ship bustle, but close enough to easily walk out. Just a great experience - Elizabeth and Bing made us feel like we were staying in a comfortable home. Highly recommended.

Wonderful experience! The owner even baked a surprise cake for my birthday. The location, rooms, and staff were all kind and generous. They happily assisted with booking outings and making reservations. One of the best B&B experiences we’ve ever had, and we travel a lot. Thank you!

This summer, my parents, husband, and I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Alaska's Capital Inn Bed & Breakfast with Elizabeth and Bing for my wedding. From the moment we arrived, they made our stay truly unforgettable. Elizabeth and Bing were phenomenal hosts who went above and beyond to ensure every part of our experience was special. One of the best decisions we made for our wedding was having them host a private dinner for just our immediate family on the night of the wedding. They put so much care and thought into every detail, from helping us choose the perfect plates and tablecloths to guiding us to the best local spots for flower centerpieces and wine. The meal they prepared was hands down the best food we had in Juneau—Elizabeth and Bing truly outdid themselves. The warmth and hospitality they showed us made the entire evening incredibly meaningful, and it's something we will always treasure. Beyond that amazing dinner, they were full of fantastic recommendations for places to eat and explore around town. My husband and I, as fellow adventurous spirits, loved hearing about their own travels and life experiences. Not only were they kind and fun to be around, but they also shared such wisdom and offered heartfelt advice that left a lasting impression on us. They truly lit up every room they walked into, especially during breakfast. For anyone looking for a truly special place to stay for their wedding, look no further than Alaska's Capital Inn Bed & Breakfast with Elizabeth and Bing. The Cabin Room we stayed in was private, romantic, and the perfect retreat after our wedding festivities. It was a one-of-a-kind experience, made unforgettable by two of the most thoughtful and wonderful hosts we’ve ever met.

Do not stay anywhere else in Juneau. Bing and Elizabeth are outstanding hosts. The (3) gourmet breakfasts that were tailored to our individual needs are among the best we've ever had. The room we enjoyed had a private deck and hot tub. We wish we lived closer so we could enjoy the accomodations and the friendly conversations in the large front room again. Highly recommended.
