Silverbow Inn
Visitors consistently praise the Silverbow Inn's delightful and helpful staff, comfortable accommodations, and excellent downtown location. However, some guests found their rooms to be noisy or have less desirable views, and the inn's many stairs can be a challenge for some.

What a great little inn. The people who work there are delightful, helpful friendly people. They are a big part of why this inn is so nice. They had fantastic suggestions for dining, hiking and any type of adventure. They nailed it, every suggestion was great. The beds were comfortable, pillows fluffy and towels of good quality. They will freshen linens as needed. The breakfast was perfect, very nice selection from oatmeal, English muffins, hard boiled eggs, coffee, and juice. I am sure I missed a few things. They have apples, and coffee out all day. On-site parking with fee, or limited street parking a few blocks away. The city is very walkable with everything within a few blocks away. The Silverbow is a gem of a hotel, with little bits of quirky fun signage, quotes, and notices that make it fun.
The staff is as nice as any ever encountered. My room was quite noisy and had a view of a wall and heat duct but it was the only one on the ground floor. The rest of the hotel is darling but many stairs.
The Silverbow Inn saved me from a nightmare at another local hotel. This boutique style inn was the BEST! The rooms are well decorated, clean, cozy and Tina was such a joy to talk to! She welcomed me with open arms and I felt like I was at home! I was on a business trip, but next time I come to Juneau, I will likely be with my husband and we will definitely stay and enjoy the rooftop hot tub!
Everything about this place was amazing! The rooms, the hot tub, the location, the breakfast, super clean, great customer service, walkable to everywhere, cozy lobby, fun decor, and has quirky fun details throughout. Will for sure stay again!
Silverbow Inn. Heather GM is amazing. Giving us the first floor unit and the code to the back door to let Marques go freely with his wheelchair. Second day, I started my morning out with some coffee and an English muffin. Then I headed up to the hot tub and spent the entire hour just enjoying the peace and quiet. Then we headed out for some adventuring. When we got back, someone parked in our stall and Heather and Tina had it squared away in no time! Heather also offered us some of her favorite beverages (such as welcomed surprise). Day three, I woke up and made my way to the lobby and was welcomed by the smell of fresh blueberry scones, coffee, and oatmeal. Miss Tina greeted me and gave me the rundown on the menu options (so good and so efficient). Day four: We parked in another stall because we couldn't fit into our assigned stall. Tina had a workaround ready for us, along with another great breakfast. She offered fresh linens but were still doing great with linens. On our last day we rested up and I got to soak in the hot tub one more time before we checked out. We are grateful for the hospitality we received while staying at the Silverbow Inn and look forward to returning.
Wonderful inn, location, staff and amenities. We really appreciated how the inn was out of the crowds. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast for 3 days and we used the sparkling clean hot tub each night. The beds were super comfortable. Overall, outstanding stay!
The most wonderful, centrally located and historic hotel in Juneau. I'm pushing 90 and travel solo and value the warmth and amenities - even the Swedish bed cover and look forward to my trips when I can stay there - and have for some years now
