Excellent location! Ideal for executives with families!

Nataly, the receptionist, was terrible. I called to make a reservation, and they let me listen to everything they were saying. They didn't offer any solution, pretended not to hear me, and then hung up on me. I see she has several bad reviews; there must be a reason...😡

Excellent tranquility and good comfort

I had a bad experience because they didn't provide us with the towels we needed, they forgot to leave us water, and as a group we received very poor service at the restaurant.

May 3, 2026, Courtyard by Marriott Las Animas Hotel, Puebla, Mexico. The hotel is quiet, pleasant, and well-located. The pool was dirty, the furniture insufficient, and the fencing was in poor condition. The parking fee charged to guests seemed exorbitant. The poor service and inability of the restaurant manager, Paulina, to resolve conflicts left me with no desire to stay at this hotel again. I suggest they pay more attention to the cleanliness of the pool and the reception tables, eliminate the parking fee, and provide better training for their staff.

Insanely bad experience. Their Google reviews are obviously fake. Expected better from a hotel under the Marriott umbrella. There was actual dirty underwear and socks, pizza boxes, and trash that sat by the pool all day and no one cleaned them up. The service at the bar and the restaurant was dismal. Took 30 minutes to get a single drink when the bar was empty and the server messed up our order twice at breakfast.

The hotel's location is good; you can quickly get to shopping centers and places of interest in the city. The rooms are nice and comfortable, everything is very clean, check-in is quick, and the stay was short but pleasant.

A very good hotel for relaxing, whether for business or pleasure, alone or with the family. Excellent service from the staff. Highly recommended.
