The room and furnishings felt very outdated, and the cleanliness was lacking—the bathroom especially. The Internet was unreliable, and the breakfast didn’t match expectations—just small portions and not fresh. The staff wasn’t very helpful, and overall, it was overpriced. I wouldn’t stay here again.
Me and my family stayed here for an extended time and is a great place to stay. All the staff from reception to house keeping are all so lovely and very helpful when you need them. The rooms are very spacious and kept clean at all times. Nice there is a area to sunbath and go into a pool. Location is great and is a close walk to local amenities. Would recommend staying here.
The listing states there is a free breakfast but we were charged for our meals.
The hotel was pretty good in an area that seems to be getting gentrified, but wasn't really there yet. There were a lot of big fancy looking buildings that will turn out to be nice hotels coming, but for now, the entire area was pretty much in construction and kind of sketchy if you walk too far to the northwest. There seems to be a ferry nearby to get to the Cayes if you needed. We stayed here on the way in and on the way out of Belize and had two different rooms. One was pretty plain and boring but pretty much met the bare minimum, the second room was huge and really beautiful so I think your experience here will be potentially different depending on the room you get. Finally, the pool at the bottom floor was really nice and it was nice to have a bar down there that is easily accessible for you to enjoy while hanging out in the pool.
