The food was phenomenal, I ordered the steak and fries!! My waitress was Cindy, she’s the best. Super attentive and kind. She checked on me many times and made me feel welcome.

What a gem! A group of us had dinner at Seville a few weeks ago and everything was exceptional. We came to find that they have two rooms where small private events can be held. We hosted a client event for 10 in the smaller room last week and it was amazing, as expected. The food was delicious, the service was outstanding, and we were incredibly comfortable in the room as well as on the semi-private deck overlooking the Chicago skyline. Highly recommend this place!!

To the management team: I would strongly recommend addressing the issue of microaggressions and how guests are treated. The manager, Chad, made both my guest and me extremely uncomfortable. As guests staying at The Canopy, we found it very off-putting to be treated as though we were going to dine and dash over a couple of mediocre salads simply because we asked to charge the meal to our room. The experience was disrespectful, uncomfortable, and completely unacceptable. 0/10. I would not recommend this experience.
