Checked in. NO A/C in the room. Went to the front desk. Half of the rooms didnt have a/c. There was a line of people checking in and angry people demanding refunds with check up for pbr and a concert. Had to pay 200 extra for a different hotel on such short notice due to the events.

Sarah Milner was the sweetest person I have ever met in hospitality, she was so informative about the entire hotel and airport knowledge, she helped be able to get to the airport and have plenty of time to check in for my flight so I didn’t miss it. She had the biggest most contagious smile and you can tell she really enjoys her job. I will definitely be back here!

the bed was comfortable, the outdoor pool was nice, and the service at the front desk and bar was good. that's it though, the rooms smelled moldy, the bathroom had mold on the tub, the carpets in the room were gross, the couch and chair had very old stains. this place just needs a lot of TLC ☹️

There was a charge for everything even parking. Indoor pool was not warm and very cloudy.
