Hyatt Regency Long Beach hotel

It’s very quiet inside you barely hear your neighbors. The view is fantastic. The gym is well equipped. Service is only 3/5, they forgot to clean our room one day, we had to call them. I can’t wait to charge an extra $15 for 4-hour EV charging on top of the $46 parking fee. Parking is also kind of competitive. The location is fantastic. You can access the beach from pretty easily. It’s also easy to run bike. The Swan boat was a huge plus. The pool and Jacuzzi was always crowded. We never got a chance to use it.

It is a very nice hotel, especially if you will be going to the convention center. It is less than a minute walk away. It made tournament days very easy for us. There is food and snacks available in the lobby and also the shopping outlet is across the street. You don’t have to drive anywhere. I enjoyed the brightness of the room, all the windows and lighting. I liked that the bathroom was away from the room. The person checking us in was very nice. All around a great experience here. A few cons I wanted to note. The carpet had a lot of stains on it. Also, parking was $46/night which was crazy to me. Luckily we found another place to park and we just left our car there for the weekend, we didn’t need it anyways.

Excellent Hotel in downtown Long Beach

This Hyatt was so conveniently located right next door to the convention center next door, even having an elevated, shared sidewalk bridge making it incredibly simple to navigate back and forth. It is beautiful and massive, but slightly outdated building in need of some updates to clean up some of the minor carpentry issues found throughout the building. Being across the street from the historic Laugh Factory and an attached outlet mall also adds to the value of this location. The sweet swan boat rentals and the lighthouse boardwalk nearby made for a great visit to Long Beach for work over just 2 days. Annoyingly, the giant TV in my room did not work at all, and the sheets on my bed had stains. But the front desk staff were responsive, personable and helpful.

Our stay at Long Beach Hyatt was absolutely amazing The hotel was beautiful, peaceful, and very clean, with one of the nicest views we’ve ever had. Waking up to the ocean view and relaxing in such a calm atmosphere made the whole experience unforgettable. The staff were kind and welcoming, the service was excellent, and every moment there felt relaxing and luxurious. Definitely a place we would love to visit again 🤍

Location is great if you are in Long Beach. Hotel is older, rooms really need to be refreshed. The hotel feels safe and the walking area around it feels safe. Hotel needs an actual restaurant but the bar and it's staff are great. You can get bar type food that is fairly good.

Great location. Grounds and pool area have lots to do/play.

Centrally located. The room was nice and spacious. The bathroom was little small but modern. We ordered breakfast from the market they have and it wasn’t very good. I would advise getting food somewhere else. The iron in the room didn’t work very well. They also don’t have robes in the room. Other than that it was a decent stay. Especially for one night.
