We receive food credit monthly. Now that is taken away from us when we use it. The restaurant charged us a service fee of 15% of our bill for using the credit. Watch your food bill there!

What a gorgeous hotel and casino with all of today's modern amenities. We stayed overnight to help celebrate my best friend's wife's birthday celebration and had a blast. We started out by playing bingo and having numerous drinks at the bar conveniently located in the bingo hall itself. My wife and I were fortunate enough to actually both win a little money and even ordered food from their kiosk located just next to the bar. I had a burger with potato wedges and she a chicken sandwich with the same. Not the best food, but it definitely came in handy considering neither of us had ate anything and had been drinking all afternoon. After bingo we all made out way into the casino and we're surprised how modern it was and reminded us all of Vegas type casinos with all of the flare and decoration. LED panels adorned numerous walls and columns and DJ's and Bands were located throughout the multi-floor establishment. This place is HUGE with so much to do and see... We actually got lost a few times trying to find certain things and one another as we each drifted off one way or another. We drank and gambled well into the morning and ended up ordering Uber Eats when we finally got back to the room early in the following morning. The room was clean and tidy with a great view, considering we were located on the 17th floor. We all had a great time and have already made plans to return when the opportunity arises once again.

The restrooms and casino get alittle behind on picking up sometimes, and no reason why the bars can't open at 10am. Also, can't understand why the bar prices are different at each bar. Players club, rewards could offer a bit more incentive.
