Havana Bar & Restaurant on South Main Street in New Hope, Pennsylvania, is a reliable spot for a casual meal, a few drinks, and live music, and it doesn't care who you are.
You’ll find a mix of Caribbean and American food, priced fairly. Think everything from small plates to full-on dinners. They do a decent job with seafood; look for lobster and Surf & Turf if you’re feeling a bit fancy.
The place comes alive with live music most nights, leaning into jazz, blues, R&B, funk, and Motown. It’s got a relaxed, dinner-and-a-show vibe without being stuffy. If you’re feeling brave, there are karaoke nights too.
New Hope itself has long been a go-to for LGBTQ+ travelers, and Havana fits right in with that spirit. It's the kind of place you can drop into for dinner, or just to catch a band and hang out.

Just love this restaurant! Best outdoor dining area. Food is top notch! Service is excellent!
Well known hot spot in New Hope. Great food and drinks! Live music events and great people/vehicles on Main Street. Update: Still rocking it in 2026!👏😻
This is a great little spot to enjoy some food and drink in beautiful New Hope PA! It’s our go to especially over the summer where we enjoy light fare and cocktails at the porch bar…fish tacos are slammin! You can’t go wrong with this place, friendly people, prompt service, and fresh food and drink…five star!
We enjoyed our time there and the entertainment was great.
I've been going here for many years food was always great. But this time it was horrible. Nachos had lots of ranch dumped on it and the bottom of nacho plate was watery like soup. Couldn't take it home bad. The fajitas was the same way watery on the bottom. And our waitress was the bartender so she was busy multitasking. Saddens me I will not go back. I did go another day to the Salt House and the food was Excellent! Very small place but cozy atmosphere.
Sandy is the sweetest bartender ever!
