Best experience we could have imagined. The room was so big and super clean. Great shower, comfy beds, tons of pillows. We had a cool view of the city from our room. Highlight was the staff. They were SO warm and fun, they made us feel welcome and at home. Huge shout of to Jay—so friendly, kind, and lovely! Amenities were great. Amazing gym with a bunch of equipment. The lobby has cozy and vibrant. Just a great energy all around. We will certainly be coming back every time we’re in NYC.

Staff will lie about charges and you’ll get hit with random charges that are unexplained. Really poor service, just avoid. Much better hotels all across Brooklyn and NYC

This hotel is particularly famous for its lobby. The atmosphere is wonderful, and a comfortable stay is guaranteed.

The location, service, and aesthetics of the hotel were great, but that’s really all I can say this hotel had going for it. There is a subway stop right across the street and it made it so convenient to explore other parts of Brooklyn or go into Manhattan. The design and the decor of the hotel was excellent, as was the hotel staff. However, the pillows were so uncomfortable that I had to get heating pads and icy hot for my shoulders since I was in so much pain. The glass for the shower does not extend far enough, so the floor gets soaked and the concrete sink ends up completely drenched as well. The lights were also really confusing to figure out. For a hotel at this price point I would expect more comfort and I was disappointed. I will be researching other places to stay for my next trip back to NYC.

Every one here is so personable, the atmosphere is rich in an all inclusive vibe... and the music in the background is chosen with excellent taste.
