Havblikk Hotell Tromsø

A delightful family-run hotel with an intimate and welcoming atmosphere. I stayed in a standard single room and, despite its small size, found it comfortable. The breakfast room, which also serves as a café open to non-residents, is simply wonderful! The breakfast is excellent, with freshly cooked eggs, salmon, cold cuts, cheese, cereals, yogurt, fruit, croissants, bread, jams, juices, and tea/coffee. As I frequently pass through Tromsø for work, I hope to have the opportunity to return!

Great location, 25 minutes walk to city center or 12 minutes by bus. The staff are very kind. Room is cozy, has fridge and heater. The food is very good.

Loved the cafe, haven’t stayed at the hotel, but the cafe is wonderful and it had a lovely atmosphere to shelter us from the cold outside. If you’re looking for a rest when visiting, consider this place for a delicious coffee

WARNING !!!!!!! The worst nightmare. Rooms are terrible, bed is uncomfortable. Breakfast is how I anticippate it in prison. NO CLEANING IN 4 DAYS !!!! NEVER AGAIN !

Great atmosphere and a much quieter neighborhood than Tromsø itself. It has its own charm during Christmas. The entrance is fully automated, unfortunately sometimes it is a bit difficult to find someone. They have short working hours.

A very nice, small hotel. The rooms are clean and the staff very friendly. Minor issues, such as missing towels or bed linen (the children's bedding was left in the room), were immediately resolved. The breakfast is small but perfectly adequate. Extra requests, such as scrambled eggs or waffles, were happily prepared upon request. The breakfast room is furnished like a living room, which creates a very pleasant atmosphere. In the evening, this room transforms into a bar for locals and guests. We had a very enjoyable stay.

We came here for a hot drink and some snacks whilst on this side of Tromso. A real hidden gem! Gorgeous coffee and the chocolate cake was spectacular- lovely staff, super warm and friendly, a lovely cosy stop for a treat!

During our three-day stay, our room wasn't cleaned once. We had to complain, and it was finally cleaned on the last afternoon. Violeta is the only exception; she's the only employee doing everything, and she's overwhelmed with work in the cafeteria, reception, and cleaning.
