A very average Strawberry hotel. The free evening meal is very much an either-or, and should not be the deciding factor in your choice. The entrance is a bit hidden, behind some garbage containers and is therefore not the most inviting. Many of the rooms have a very poor view, right into a narrow alley. Otherwise a nice location, down by the sea in the center of Tromsø.

+ Location + Excellent breakfast + Good dinner + Clean room + Good shower gel in the bathroom - The room could have had a small fridge for a bottle of water - Very limited parking spaces, it is worth finding out in advance where you can park your car. = I recommend

Central hotel close to everything

Great hotel with comfortable beds and a delicious breakfast. We cannot rate dinner because it was unfortunately cancelled due to the strike.

Worn, poorly maintained and far from the nearest parking option, if the few parking spaces outside the hotel are occupied.

Great breakfast, dinner n great location

Despite the ongoing strike, which we encountered frequently in Norway, the service was friendly and attentive. The location is excellent. However, the rooms are quite dated, with many chips on the door frames, threadbare curtains, and some heating systems malfunctioning.
