Levington Layby (A14)

The laybys and adjoining woodland along Old Felixstowe Road, running parallel to the A14 near Levington south-east of Ipswich, are a long-standing and reasonably well-documented outdoor gay meeting and cruising area, appearing across PinkUk, cruisinggays and other listings. Activity is most common after dark. As with any outdoor cruising area it is informal and not officially sanctioned, and it can be quiet or patrolled; discretion, awareness of your surroundings and respect for others and the law are essential. Same-sex activity is fully legal in the UK, but public spaces are shared and public-order and public-decency laws still apply.
