The rooms are super original and always kept clean, but the best part was the attention and kindness of Aldo Avalos, who greeted us, showed us each room, and had the patience of a saint. He even managed to arrange for us to stay another night. He's worth 1000 (currency unspecified). Thank you so much, Aldo, you made our stay a wonderful experience. The reason I'm giving the room 4 stars is because the bathroom needs more light. There was a constant drip from the shower, and a table or shelf to put your clothes on while showering would be nice. But other than those minor things, everything was great and at an excellent price. Thank you again, Aldo Avalos!

Horrible experience. The place is completely neglected and visibly unclean. The rooms desperately need cleaning and maintenance; they don't even have soap or a trash can, the lamp is covered in cobwebs and makes a terrible noise. We found live and dead cockroaches that looked like they'd been there for days. The door barely secures with a makeshift lock, which creates a feeling of insecurity. The curtains are old and worn, the sofas are filthy, and the blanket had a strong smell of urine. Furthermore, the staff's service was appalling. They didn't have change for payments, and to top it all off, when watering the plants in the entrance, they do it without any consideration for the guests, splashing water that ends up in the room. I definitely do not recommend this place.

I really didn't like the service. I booked through an app, and they didn't honor the reservation. The room had a semi-transparent door, so there was no privacy. The entrance to the bathroom was very small. The service was really basic.

Terrible experience at Hotel Temático Casa Puebla. They asked for a $1,000 peso deposit to guarantee my reservation, but they didn't honor the agreement. Upon arrival, my reservation was not honored, and they refused to refund my money. The worst part is that they then stopped answering messages and calls, showing zero professionalism and a complete lack of customer service. Very poor organization and unprofessional. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel if you are looking for a reliable place to stay. One star is far too many for this place.

I applaud the theme, however, the facilities are falling apart, the bed is practically collapsing, the drains smell awful, everything looks old and neglected, and there isn't a single surface I feel comfortable touching. Even the "main" rooms, rather than looking rustic, seem abandoned. And the whole hotel feels like a tenement.
