About the event
This socialization group is focused on the integral well-being of LGBTQIA+ people. We offer a safe space where practices that promote physical, emotional, and mental health can be explored, shared, and strengthened, in the company of others who share similar experiences. Through group activities, we will address topics related to self-care, mind-body connection, emotional expression, and other tools to support, motivate, and remind them that healing and caring for ourselves in community is a form of resistance.
About the venue
New York City lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community center in the West Village - home to hundreds of meetings, groups and cultural events every month.
