Fleuve Congo Hotel by Blazon Hotels

Excellent location and truly five-star facilities — the décor, amenities, and rooms were beautifully designed and very comfortable. However, the service and food quality fell well below the standards expected of a five-star property. Room service was particularly disappointing: after a 30-minute wait I was informed my order was unavailable, and the replacement meal arrived incomplete and poorly presented, including unwashed lettuce containing a bug. The lack of apology or service recovery was concerning. Staff interactions felt impersonal and disengaged throughout. Breakfast was similarly underwhelming, with basic filtered coffee that did not reflect the level of the hotel. As someone with over 10 years in the hospitality industry, I found the service execution inconsistent with the otherwise excellent property.

Modern yet expensive hotel. Service is very good, but the prices in the restaurant are outlandish.

Make Wi-Fi free for all visitors will be a good things to do. All services are good 👍🏽

Unforgettable

There was a cockroach I saw in my room on the first day. That wasn't nice to see at all. But, I had a good time there, overall!

Convenient location, everything is perfect. The only flaw, too quiet. Organize something in the evening for guests like live music and don't sell water for $14 from any planet. Otherwise, everything is fine.

The communal toilets on the ground floor need to be well maintained.
