Everything was great, but the breakfast deserved two stars, not five. So that totaly three stars from me🧐
Definitely the best luxury/business hotel in Kinshasa. Close to Embassy Quarters, new businesses developments and restaurants. Allow 2hrs for airport transfers. Rooms furnished to an extremely high standard, everything new, working and comfortable. Black out blind on the window ensures deep sleep. Restaurants and coffee shop are on site, very good menu with plenty of choice and quality ingredients. It’s priced to match though so don’t expect a cheap meal, you’ll be lucky to see change from $40 per head. Staff are really friendly, English isn’t widely used but you can muddle through. Special mention to Esther in the outside restaurant for being bubbly and helpful with the menu. All in all I will stay here again.
Overall, a pleasant stay at the Congo Fleuve Hotel Kinshasa. The facilities are of good quality and the surroundings are very appealing. However, the service was rather slow, which slightly impacted the experience. On the whole, everything went well, but improved staff responsiveness would be a real plus.
