Nicolas Poggi: Sudor

SUDOR builds on the work EL BOBO (2023), which ends with a euphoric climax shared with the audience. SUDOR is a post-performative experience where sweaty, exhausted, and ecstatic bodies reach for each other from their own limits, transforming their sweat into a layer that connects the present bodies with their most animalistic desires. SUDOR takes place during the climax, but it is a suffocating and disturbing climax. The audience is both a voyeur and a witness to this party, which takes place on the border between public and private.
