About this place Rainbow Community Kampuchea (RoCK)
Rainbow Community Kampuchea (RoCK) is Cambodia's best-known LGBTIQ rights organisation. It grew out of a community network founded in 2009 and registered as an NGO in 2014. It runs the annual Pride Week around 17 May, campaigns for marriage equality and an anti-discrimination law, and published a marriage-equality paper in January 2025. Its office is listed at #50D Street 456 in Toul Tumpung, open on weekdays, but it's an advocacy group rather than a drop-in centre, so contact it through rockcambodia.org or Facebook first.
