Kathmandu Embassy Hotel

I stayed for a month, the price was very reasonable, the accommodation was very comfortable, the service was excellent, and the landlady was very helpful!

The hotel seriously needs to improve its customer service to maintain its reputation. The so-called experienced staff member is often unavailable and speaks in a loud, unprofessional manner, especially towards Nepali customers. She needs to improve her skills—there was zero respect or professionalism shown.

Rooms are spacious, parking available for one car only Food & breakfast is provided only if you inform in advance

The worst check-in experience ever. Completely unreliable. The room I booked in advance was already taken. The promised fan and air conditioning didn't work; I waited all afternoon until evening for the fan to arrive (wait for 5 minutes). The toilet was filthy. So I wanted to leave and go back to my previous hotel (which was a bit noisy, but otherwise fine), but leaving took several hours. Is this a prison? "Arrived as customer, leave as friends"
