For the past 20 years, A Man To Pet (a_man_to_pet) has been a glitter-soaked pillar of gay culture, taking the vibe higher wherever he goes, from London’s most iconic venues to stages across Europe and Latin America.

Forever dancing on the line between beauty and ugliness, glamour and grotesque, he flirts unapologetically with kitsch. His characters, both in real life and on stage, are an outrageous fusion of raw eccentricity, camp genius, and hilariously chaotic references.

A Man To Pet travelled extensively through Europe and Latin America as a starring performer in the legendary Pale Blue Door project, later appearing in the celebrated Dazed & Confused film created to mark its grand finale. i-D Magazine hailed him as one of the most influential performers of his generation.

From Glastonbury, Lovebox, and the MTV European Music Awards to underground institutions and queer temples worldwide: if there’s a stage, he’s either performing on it or DJing it into oblivion.

In London, you can experience his glorious madness at his fiery monthly residencies at Bistrotheque, Dalston Superstore, Not Another Show, The Divine, and The Devil wears JPG. He also leads the exuberant monthly party Basic Boys, alongside dancers and go-go performers, taking London’s queer magic to Berlin and Paris.

A Man To Pet is also a dazzling host of the hit talent show series at Fotografiska Stockholm, running weekly and attracting international names from the fashion and art world.
