About the event
Come celebrate First-Gen week with us and socialize with Queer First-Gen Adults and learn about the things they wish they knew when they were in college! This opportunity is happening in the Unity Lounge at the Davis Center. There will be button making, free coffee, tea and an assortment of snacks! Yum 😋
Alt-text:
A colorful event flyer for the University of Vermont’s PRISM at UVM program. Multicolored, overlapping geometric shapes form the background, with a rainbow-colored triangular PRISM logo in the upper left and a white-and-gold flower graphic labeled “FIRST GEN” in the upper right. A large cream-colored, rounded panel fills the center. It features the title “Queer & First Gen” in large orange and gold script, followed by information about a button-making social. An illustration of a pink button-making machine appears above a pale green information box. The box announces tea, coffee, snacks, and first-generation resources. Near the bottom, the flyer lists the location as Unity Lounge, Davis Center 100, and the time as 3:30–5 PM on November 4th. A gold banner at the bottom provides the contact email.
