About the event

Join us the fourth Wednesday of the month from 6:30-8pm for a Queer meditation practice in the Thich Nhat Hanh Plum Village mindfulness lineage. This is sponsored by the Denver Eyes of Compassion Sangha and Wake Up Denver Young Adult Sangha and welcomes all members of the LGBTQIA+ community. No prior meditation experience is needed. This practice is offered freely, and for those able, we appreciate a suggested donation of $5 to help cover space rental.
Our general format for the monthly practice is:
6:30pm - Welcome and introductions
15 - 20 minute Guided Meditation
10 Minute Optional Walking Meditation
10 Minute Dharma Reading
25 Minute Deep Listening & Loving Speech
8:30pm Dedication of Merit and Closing
Optional Tea Time!
