♥️UNWIND & GRIND™ SHEDDING OLD SKINZ♥️ with Axé and Yaisa

The Official Divine Booty Shaking Experience

UNWIND & GRIND™ is a weekly two-hour somatic dance ritual to unravel, release, and remember who you really are. Part grown-up rave, part Afro-Ecstatic dance, part moving meditation. Leave toxic club culture behind and step into a joy-based sanctuary to regulate your nervous system and restore your spirit.

Built for leaders, artivists, movers, and shakers craving deep embodiment. This is your weekly oasis for movement medicine.

✨SOL VIDA® explicitly centers Black, Brown, and the Rainbow spectrums of identities and beings on this planet—inviting all who honor this container to move, sweat, and restore.✨
