Teenspace – second meeting of the month

Teenspace is a regular afternoon program at the LGBT+ Community Center, held twice a month for LGBTQIA+ youth aged 13-21.

The meetings take the form of discussions, lectures, workshops, or creative activities and are always on a specific topic. However, there is always time for free fun, and you will definitely have the opportunity to make new friends. The program is conducted in Czech and English.

Teenspace events are organized by sbarvouven.cz and Queer & Trans Youth CZ.

Second meeting of the month – Support

Each second meeting of the month is dedicated to support. Teenspace is a safe space where we can share and not be alone with our problems. We can talk about emotions that are sometimes confusing or difficult, help navigate challenging life situations, learn strategies for regulating our nervous system (to help with anxiety and depression), and build community through mutual support. Each meeting is different, depending on the topics you bring.
