»Many Languages. One Home.« – under this motto, the 36th Intercultural Days will take place in Dresden from 09/20–10/11/26. As part of this, we are offering the following event at sowieso: Workshop: Phases of Migration for Women with Migration Experience Every woman experiences migration differently and has her own experiences. Migration can be positive and help women to develop further and learn new things. However, it can also be difficult and bring challenges. In the workshop, we will talk about these experiences and present simple models of the phases of migration. The participants will learn practical strategies that help them to better understand their migration process. It is a good opportunity to learn from each other. - All participants and the workshop leaders also have their own migration experiences. - Offer in German in Easy Language Contact person is Laura Beltran Date: Mon 10/05/26Time: 4:30 PM–6:30 PM (incl. break)Cost: free Registration by Thursday 10/01/26 please register "At Home in Dresden" photo exhibition from 09/23–12/18/26 Viewing during the opening hours of sowieso The exhibition was created as part of the Powerful Women of Color (PWOC) project by Afropa e.V. in Dresden Neustadt. It shows portraits of Women of Color in their personal favorite places in Dresden and is supplemented by short insights into their stories.
