"Queer Storytelling Evening – Reading, Songs & Conversations"
with songwriter and trans* artist Nicolai Burchartz
On this evening, Nicolai will read selected stories from his podcast „Wir Wunder“. In it, he talks to queer people about their life paths, experiences, and perspectives – about courage, identity, doubt, and self-discovery.
He connects the stories with personal insights from his own life as a trans* man. Between the reading passages, Nicolai plays songs that originated from these encounters. This creates a quiet, touching evening of literature, music, and exchange.
In addition to the reading and songs, there is space for discussion and questions from the audience – an evening that enables listening, encounter, and community.
All people are welcome. Admission is free – a voluntary donation to support the artist is welcome.
