OutWest

OutWest is a long-running LGBTQ+ community group for West London, with roots in the former Hounslow Lesbian and Gay Group. It provides a welcoming, informal social network for LGBTQ+ people across the Hounslow area and neighbouring boroughs — where there is no dedicated gay venue — through regular meet-ups, socials and peer support. Groups like OutWest, alongside services such as Cherish Hounslow (LGBTQ+ counselling), form the community backbone of an area whose nightlife scene is centred in central London.
