It is with great pleasure that we announce the Workshop "Leatherwork" with AyatheFox, in Porto, on November 1st, at 2 PM.
The workshop is ideal for the curious, beginners, or couples who want to explore their creativity in BDSM.
Workshop Synopsis
Participants will choose a beginner-level project—a strap flogger or a simple harness—and build it from start to finish.
In this workshop, we will cover:
– DIY/budgeting concepts in leatherwork, tool and blade safety, evaluation of an initial tool kit, basic leather selection
– Theory & Technique: Leather weight and its effect on flexibility vs. structure, classification of metal hardware (rivets, D-rings, snaps), stitching vs. braiding vs. riveting, edge finishing
– Guided Construction: Pattern marking, cutting, beveling and edge burnishing, hand stitching or braiding, metal hardware placement, (flogger) strap cutting and handle wrapping, or (harness) strap adjustment and regulation points
Investment:

Investment of 15 to 25 euros, sliding scale system on tickets to be more inclusive:

Budget ticket, for people with more financial limitations – 15 euros;

Normal ticket – 20 euros;
Supporter ticket, which helps support the budget ticket – 25 euros;
Each "Supporter" ticket reservation will be allocated one additional Budget Ticket.
