When you encounter friends or family members using "party drugs" (amphetamine-fueled sex),
you might feel shocked, confused, powerless, or helpless,
unsure how to handle it, and afraid to discuss it with others.

As a companion, you need more knowledge and support to navigate this rollercoaster process together.

"They've been in their room for days without coming out, is everything okay?"
"Is my friend addicted?"
"I don't know how to help him, what resources can I find?"
"He said someone is trying to harm him, did he have a bad reaction?"

Welcome to the Support Workshop for Friends and Family of Male Gay Meth Users,
let's find some direction and strength together.

⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯ 🏳️‍🌈 Workshop Content Introduction:
☑️ Observation of the culture of amphetamine "chemsex" among gay men
☑️ Basic concepts of addiction treatment, resource introduction
☑️ Legal case handling for amphetamine use
☑️ Group discussion

⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯ 🏳️‍🌈 What you can gain by participating:
☑️ Gain knowledge and legal information about "chemsex" issues.
☑️ Connect with other friends and family members who have similar experiences for mutual support.
☑️ Find possible coping strategies through sharing and discussion.

📆 Date: 2026/11/08 (Sun) 10:00-17:00 (Registration from 09:30-10:00)
📍 Location: Taipei Municipal Hospital Kunming Prevention Center (Activity space will be notified after successful registration)
💲 Fee: Free participation
👤 Target Audience: Relatives, partners, friends, and helping professionals of male gay meth users

⏰ Registration Deadline: Saturday, October 31, 2026, 23:59
💡 Notes:
▪️ Maximum of 40 participants (10 for helping professionals, who must have accompanying experience). On-site registration is not accepted. If registering for more than one person, please fill out separate registration forms.
▪️ We will select suitable participants based on the answers provided in the registration form. All applicants will be notified by email by November 02 (Tue) whether they have been successfully registered. Successful registrants will be required to pay a deposit of NT$300 online to complete the registration.
▪️ The deposit will be refunded at the venue. Latecomers (more than 15 minutes late) or no-shows will not receive a refund, and the deposit will be donated to the Taiwan Tongzhi Hotline Association.
