About the event

Coming to Be is a support and personal growth circle in Porto — conducted in English; neuro-inclusive; trauma-sensitive; inclusive of the LGBTQIA+ community and kink practices.
The launch event will take place at KNOTY, in Porto, on October 7th (7 PM), with a workshop on nervous system regulation conducted in English by psychologist Lara. You will leave with a set of techniques experienced through your own body — not a list of things you should do, but tools whose effects you have felt.
The online follow-up will take place on October 21st, where we will revisit what worked, what didn't work, and what constituted an obstacle.
Investment:
€45 (including both the workshop and the online follow-up session); 2x €35 if you sign up for October and November.
