Queer Book Group with Alex
Discusses Persona by Aoife Josie Clements
Led by former Greenlight bookseller Alex, our Queer Book Group meets monthly to discuss contemporary fiction and nonfiction titles that relate to queer experience, identity, and community.
For October, the group discusses Aoife Josie Clements’ Persona, named a Most Anticipated book of the year by LitHub, Ms. Magazine, and more! Electric, nightmarish, and intricately layered, Clements’ Persona follows a trans woman who discovers pornography of herself she has no memory of making, only to find herself led to an unimaginably deeper evil.
