The place used to be nice, but now it's expensive and the service is terrible. I ordered my food and it took an hour, and then another 30 minutes to get the bill. A terrible experience.

While they kept their prices low, which is what they call "picada" (a Chilean slang term for a casual eatery), their mistakes were forgiven, especially regarding the cooking and seasoning of some meats. Today is the last time I'm going because charging almost $20,000 for a dry, tough ribeye steak (more like a sirloin) with a side of Russian salad seems excessive. The natural juice was bland (we know it's made from pulp, but they should put more care into it so it's actually worth 3,900 pesos). Out of the 10 times I've gone and eaten almost the same thing, they got the meat right (cut and cooking) 6 times, but as I said before, they were forgiven because the prices were more reasonable. The service is undoubtedly their best feature.
