The weather makes a lot of noise
Excellent service from the hotel. We rented a suite for a quinceañera. Senyaze Romero was very attentive and helpful. Her service was excellent, we had a wonderful time. I give them a 10/10. They gave us a beautiful and comfortable room.
Everyone at the hotel was very attentive.
The reception staff are awful, rude, and completely inattentive. They act like they're doing you a favor by serving you. The hotel is in terrible condition; the coffee makers are disgusting, with residue of who-knows-what. The prices are misleading. They quote you one price and then claim it's without VAT and the infamous "other taxes." They offer breakfast, but it only includes coffee, juice, fruit, and bread. And if you get eggs, you have to pay over $250.00 per person. The rooms are poorly lit.
