Great place to stay

Not a great place. The breakfast was terrible very limited options, and the hot stuff tasted terrible. All the paint in the bathroom was peeling off the walls, there was no fan in the bathroom so after showering, being already humid in Oklahoma, the room would never dry out. The lock in the back door of the hotel was broken so anybody could come in anytime. The end table in the room was broken. The TV was constantly going from super dim to super bright. On the plus side, it was cheap, the bed was comfortable and the room and property were clean, and the staff was very friendly.

Bobby didn't have a good time. No sir. He's getting older and this place has No Elevator, Not Wheelchair Accessible, Broken Furniture, Breakfast was Cold , Broken Faucets. Just Not Up to the Best Western Standards.

my boyfriend left his hand made bear that was the last thing he received from his grandmother. It was missing for a day Maximum. The front desk repeatedly told us that they had not found anything. The BEAR WAS IN THE DUMPSTER COVERED IN MAGGOTS. I have never hated a business for something so much. The policy is to hold items. This bear was a priceless possession and it was carelessly handled. It should have been held not tossed and you need to fire your cleaner for this.

Nice rooms, decent staff, decent location. Can neither be overly excited or upset at this place.

There were sketchy individuals running up and down the hallways screaming racist and foul and offensive language. Sketchy individuals hanging out in the parking lot. We felt very unsafe and ended up leaving after 30 minutes of turning in for the night. The hotel smelled like old Mexican food with spoiled gravy. The towels were dirty and nothing felt clean. They were not helpful about giving a refund either. They said I would have to contact Priceline for a refund and then when I did and they reached out to the hotel they denied the refund. There was no offer to move rooms or make this right. We stayed for a total amount of 30 minutes in the room and are out money because of them letting riff raff in and around the property. You’d be safer sleeping under a highway overpass than at this hotel and it would smell better too.
