No luggage carts, all stairs, no thank you. Stood around for 10 minutes ringing the bell at 230 in the afternoon before somebody finally wandered by to help. Bell rings, everyone just ignores it I guess.

The female bartender seemed like she hated her job. She was rude to us and a bunch of other customers. If you don’t like what you do, find a different job, don’t take it out on us. Also, the matcha margarita was gross

I'm a tourist, I wanted to go up to the rooftop for a drink, and I had my bag. It's unfortunate that you wouldn't let me up and that you didn't have a place to put my bag. I'm a tourist, you should know that. 👎🏼

My family and I were there for a night stay to just get away from home and have time to explore and try new things for a day. The rooms and parking were pretty much as described. Very beautiful lobby area. Everything was nice however customer service was not great. The woman who checked us in (Shana) was rude and not welcoming at all. She seemed irritated when we would ask for basic information. Not sure if we'd stay here again due to service. However the other woman night audit, didn't get her name, she was amazing! One piece fan! Thank you!
