About the event
Este grupo de socialización está enfocado en el bienestar integral de las personas LGBTQIA+. Ofrecemos un espacio seguro donde se podrá explorar, compartir y fortalecer prácticas que promuevan la salud física, emocional y mental, en compañía de otres que comparten experiencias similares. A través de actividades grupales abordaremos temas relacionados con el autocuidado, la conexión mente-cuerpo, la expresión emocional y otras herramientas para apoyarles, motivarles, y recordarles que sanar y cuidarnos en comunidad es una forma de resistencia.
