The space is lovely just felt like we were being judged i got here and paid through bookings.com app second day paid cash and made reservations to do a long term stay going through all the Airbnb’s we wanted to see if this is a suitable space or not. I then made an arrangement with my bank to collect money but banks are banks and there was a slight delay i happily paid in cash for another room and another night but i felt judged despite me paying in full. When i went to give the money i overheard the one receptionist speaking ill about myself and our situation when we have not skipped a payment taken care of the room and been as respectful as we can be, it was a little disheartening not sure if its racial or personal. And the excuse used for us to deny a checkin to the room we paid for despite someone checking in the next day was a cleaning fee but why if we have paid? I was happy when we came but became very disheartening moving forward. In any business you are dealing with humans and i think they often forget that we have not done anything wrong and we have happily paid in full total of over 8k in total but other than that its all fine.

I stayed here for a total of four nights and it was a really nice experience. I had initially booked one night, then I went to another place, but unfortunately that didn't suit me. That is why I decided to come back – and that was absolutely the right choice! In the end, I stayed here for another three nights. The location is great, especially considering the price and the fact that it is so close to Cape Town. Everything is easily accessible and it is a great base for exploring the surrounding area. The hostess (Sumaiyah) was also incredibly hospitable and helpful. She took the time to chat and made sure I felt welcome. That gave the stay an extra personal and cozy atmosphere. All in all, a very pleasant stay and certainly a place I would love to return to!

Our hostess, Sumeyha, was extremely helpful and kind! She assisted our large group with a last minute booking and went out of her way to make it a comfortable stay for us. Thank you for the good service! 🔥
