Queer Open Mic Night

🎶🎤 On August 29, 2026, we invite you from 7 PM to 9 PM to a Queer Open Mic Night at the Queer Center Karlsruhe. Admission is from 6 PM and entry is free.
⏲ What is an Open Mic Night?
At an Open Mic, amateurs present their self-written texts or music. Unwritten rules are: a time limit, no racist, discriminatory, tasteless, sexist, or offensive texts. After the performance, the audience can comment on the works.
For our queer open mic night, we want to give queer people the opportunity to present their art.
Whether music, comedy, theater, drag, or dance. Everyone is welcome here!
Do you want to try yourself out but don't dare to present your own art yet and want to gain experience in front of an audience? You can also perform other people's texts or music if you make that clear!
💃👯‍♀️ 🎼 Contributions should be between 5 and 15 minutes long. For better planning, especially if you need something special, feel free to contact us by email at projekt@queerkastle.de or just come by spontaneously.
