It was always great. Of course, the rating is to express a lack of respect and anger for what they did to us. This time, the highest of records, upon arrival at the hotel we were informed that the pool was closed for the entire week. They had committed to a private event at the weekend and the extension was closed on Tuesday and Wednesday to set up the event. They sent us with the children and equipment to the pool in the Plaza, which of course had no room to move, certainly not with small children. The hotel manager told me "I have nothing to do with it". Shameful behavior, disrespectful to customers and really makes you think twice about choosing it.

Horror, don't go near the hotel!! Food is recycled from meal to meal and clearly not fresh Not to mention that we all got an upset stomach. The same salads and starters go from meal to meal, the entire buffet actually goes from day to day from meal to meal, shocking As someone who has visited quite a few times at the Herods hotels in Eilat, something happened to the hotel, they started neglecting and disrespecting the food I will never go back there!
