About this place Fundoshi

This gay sauna in Bangkok’s Soi Suea Yai Uthit has a Japanese look, a little different from the usual Thai wellness spots. It’s open every day, 3 PM to 3 AM, so you can go for an afternoon break or a late-night unwind.

They do massages here, with both two-handed and four-handed options. The rooms are clean and kept up. In Bangkok, gay saunas are popular places to hang out and get a massage in a relaxed, private setting, used by both locals and visitors.

A 90-minute massage starts at 650 Baht. You’re expected to tip at least 1,000 Baht on top of that. Tipping is a big part of service culture in Thailand, so don't forget it.

The Japanese design makes this place stand out from other saunas in the city. It's a simple, no-fuss spot for a professional massage, whether you’re alone or with company.

Love the wide varieties of Japanese cuisine some fusion dishes. We were there at 8pm and it is generally less crowd. Will certainly visit again.

Soshi is a great place to dine for dinner as a hotel guest for SO/Bangkok. You get a good price with the extensive buffet selection, yet the food quality is above average. Taking the buffet, I was also allowed to select 3 of 5 premium dishes - I highly recommend the Melon Maguro Ponzu and the Three Kings Roll. The only downside I can think of: After a hearty two hours of gastronomic delights, your following medical check up results would be... interesting!

Service was good, atmosphere was ok, food was horrible. The rice was like cheap sushi

The food was SO/ good! Freshly prepared and tasty. The tuna belly with rice was delicious and the wagyu was cooked very well. Surprised that it was quiet but worked for us as we didn’t have a reservation.

We came here twice during our stay in Bangkok. Both days were served by Rose’zy. We love her. She is courteous, sweet, polite and thoughtful. Regarding the food, sashimi are of good quality while hot dishes need improvements. Green tea ice cream is great. I actually would say it’s gelato instead of ice cream. Texture is silky, green tea flavour is intense.
