On Friday, November 6th, Impact Hub will become the stage for the city's most charming dating show. This time with a Queer Edition! For everyone who dates queer and Allies who support! At Date My Mate, singles don't take the mic themselves – their best friends do! In lovingly chaotic PowerPoint presentations, they introduce their single mates to the audience: sometimes funny, sometimes embarrassing, sometimes surprisingly creative – but always with a lot of heart. You can just watch, cheer, fall in love, or introduce someone yourself – because participation is explicitly allowed. And if you like someone presented? Then you have the chance to connect with that person online or offline during the breaks and at the end of the show. No pressure, just good vibes.
