Bourbon Hotel

Room 2132 Mostly lipstick on a pig as far as hotels go. Shower leaks into the wall to the room next door. Dirty stained furniture with god knows what. Loud drunk guests knocking next door at 1230AM. If you want to find a place that feels like a deluded millennial luxury designer got hammered and started decorating like it was the Sims 2 , then this place is for you!! Staff are nice and kind but man this building is ROUGH.

The success of the fundraising event at Hotel Bonaventure was spectacular. Hotel Bonaventure is located right in downtown Montreal. For those traveling by public transit, simply take the STM Bonaventure metro (orange line) and you'll arrive at Hotel Bonaventure without any problems. There are several reception rooms. The largest are located in the hotel's basement. Personally, I prefer reception rooms on the upper level with large windows. The cocktail hour and hors d'oeuvres were unlimited, with several choices; however, the room chosen for this service was too small, making it difficult for guests to move around to the cocktail and hors d'oeuvre stations. The menu served that evening was delicious, however, several guests at my table did not enjoy the fish dish. Thank you for the warm welcome and service. Until next time, Missy A.

Poor service, nonchalant attitude!

Just called about my reservation and there was one adjustment that was needed and the support I was speaking with got approval from Ryan to make this happen for us so we can arrive stress free! Thank you for already making me feel welcome before we arrive!

Amazing place, lovely hanging garden! Also great service, especially Samia L., who is just super professional and helpful. Will come back for sure!
