A monthly mental wellbeing group for LGBTQ+ people (16+) in Glasgow. Join us for an interactive session on queer mental health and wellbeing. In our sessions we will chat, do activities and explore tools for navigating the challenges faced by LGBT+ communities together. Whether you’re seeking coping strategies, wanting to deepen your self-understanding, or just need to be with people with similar experiences, this space is for you. Any questions?
