Studies show you SHOULD go chasing waterfalls, as research suggests it boosts morale, improves mindful awareness, and increases opportunities for silliness and joy. TVOP is hosting a hike to a waterfall with fun stream crossings and sweeping mountain views. The hike is around 4 miles long with some sections of steep incline.
